La giunzione meccanica \u00e8, successivamente, rivestita con inserti in Kevlar che assicurano una vera e propria continuit\u00e0 tra pannello e pannello. Ne consegue un\u2019elevata rigidit\u00e0 torsionale.<br>\nLe singole pareti e il soffitto sono dotati, al loro interno, di pannelli in poliuretano espanso scanalato da entrambe le facce, soluzione che permette di creare una nervatura capace di garantire un\u2019elevata resistenza anti intrusione senza compromissioni sul peso. Per ciascun progetto, selezioniamo i materiali che meglio si adattano all\u2019uso finale: si va dal gelcoat isoftalico, che usiamo per lo pi\u00f9 sui veicoli medicali, ai tessuti, all\u2019ecopelle oppure alle vernici. Produrre in house le cellule che ne compongono la struttura portante, ci permette di tradurre qualsiasi idea in realt\u00e0 e personalizzare ogni anni di studio, l\u2019applicazione di materiali compositi per la realizzazione del telaio base che supporta la cellula e funge da piano di calpestio, ci ha permesso, a partire dal 2016, di dotare i nostri veicoli di una soluzione innovativa: questo nuovo telaio, infatti, ha grande robustezza, ma consente di contenere il peso del veicolo che riduce quello totale di ben 130
